WinFX Runtime Components Beta 2 をインスコしたら、

というエラー発生。これ、入らないとExpresssion使えなくてシオシオと思って凹んでたけど、ググって解決。
コマンドプロンプトで
sc delete "infoCard Service"
を実行して、再インスコするとOK。
